Pete Stefanelli and I go back to 1967 when my family moved into the house that was sold as his family lived three houses up the street. I left in the 1980's to go school and then later established my career outside of the south bay and I didn't see Pete much except for the updates on local real estate literature he sent my parents over the years. I never had to return from Colorado to help with the sale and was completely comfortable making Pete my local representative . With the house presentable, he put the house up for sale and the house was under contract the first day! The buyer had a very aggressive schedule and I was able to close in two weeks! I had been dreading the process but Pete made it incredibly easy for me! If you need to sell a property, I would highly recommend giving Pete a call!
