Over the last 4 years, Eric has helped us successfully managed and sold two income properties in Orange County, one in 2015 and one in 2018. As both a property manager and a realtor, Eric is very trustworthy, reliable, knowledgeable, and diligent. Weather it is dealing with tenants, Insurance Companies, vendors, HOA, or other agents, Eric has always been professional as well as excellent in his communication. Often times Eric would take care of small things before we needed to get involved, and he always kept us informed of any issues that would require our attention. His fees are very reasonable and he always made our interest a priority. We would love to work with Eric again for our next investment property!

Sam was extremely helpful in all aspects of our home purchase. If he didn’t know an answer, he sought one out in a timely manner. We bought from out of the area and Sam would drive the neighborhood so he could give us a feel for it. He answered calls in a timely manner and if he was in a meeting I would receive a text stating so and he would call back as soon as he was out of the meeting. As a bonus, she is an avid and experienced gardener, so she could understand and describe the many features of our landscaped garden in exquisite detail. Her advice included an extremely accurate understanding of the current market, timing of our listing, how best to present our property, and also how to proactively address “weed trees” or “volunteers”, potential fire hazards such as branches overhanging roof shingles, and tall grasses in one patch.
