Sam was extremely helpful in all aspects of our home purchase. If he didn’t know an answer, he sought one out in a timely manner. We bought from out of the area and Sam would drive the neighborhood so he could give us a feel for it. He answered calls in a timely manner and if he was in a meeting I would receive a text stating so and he would call back as soon as he was out of the meeting. He understands the real estate market and is very good with the numbers-value of the properties and financing. Sam is an attentive, knowledgeable agent!
