We hired Anne Stark in December 2025 to sell our home in La Quinta, CA. From our very first meeting, Anne was "on the same page" with us re: our desired listing price, along with her ability to be an attentive and responsive agent, returning phone calls, text or emails in a timely fashion everyday. Since this home was a vacation getaway and our primary residence is 500 miles north in the SF Bay Area, we relied on Anne to make sure everything was in order, before putting our home on the market. However in the end, Anne brought us a buyer with a full price offer, 2 days before it was to be listed on the MLS!! Win/Win. As far as the closing process goes, Anne was also very good at details + making sure all necessary papers were in order, using the remote electronic process of Docusign. I have been buying and selling real estate for most of my life. There are those that you hire that just do their job and those that go above and beyond. Carolyn is one of those people. Carolyn was referred to me by an acquaintance in Chicago. She is pleasant, knowledgeable, and sharp. She knows her stuff. I sold a four flat with her in Humboldt Park with Carolyn as the listing agent. She assessed the building and ask me to wait a couple months so that I could demonstrate higher rents. She told me that my units were underpriced by a couple hundred dollars and she was right. When lease renewal came we realized over $1100 more in revenue for the building and sold a hair under asking. Carolyn also coordinated painters, concrete vendors and cleaning people. Because I spend a good deal of time of town she let workers in to the property and made sure that things were done in the right way. This was priceless. Carolyn offered to do all of this for me.
