We are a couple in our 60’s and 70’s. The winters in both places we were living became intolerable! Between Denver, London and Indiana we were done with snow and grey skies. We ventured to this area and were introduced to Niel Allen, who provided the most top notch service and communication. It took well over a year of hunting around the St Pete area until we found an absolute gem of a house. It will be our main residence and we had a lot of specifics/wishes for our dream home. Niel was available around the clock when we were living in London, sending viable listings and hopping on the phone to discuss options and help us become more familiar with the neighborhoods we were drawn to. We have started moving in and Niel is continuing to provide help with finding local service providers or any other questions we have.
