Angela Conterno was my realtor and friend as we prepared a long-time family home for sale. I complicated the matter because I live 3,000 miles away. Throughout the process, Angela was a guide and a patient recipient of all of my concerns. I put 100% trust in Angela's judgement, her attention to detail in preparing the home for sale, and her professionalism as she presented the home. She understood and was incredibly careful of a place that had great personal and family value to us. Every detail was attended to by Angela with great care and precision. I received notices and paperwork very regularly so that I always felt that I knew exactly what was happening throughout the transaction. Angela feels like part of our family now. We love the new owners who Angela carefully found for us. We know that they will love the property as we did. Angela goes well beyond the business of real estate. She has a love for the best possible transaction and she follows up to be sure that all parties involved in the transaction feel confident and well informed about the entire situation.

Nelu made buying my second property a smooth experience. He’s knowledgeable, patient, and always on top of the details. He kept me informed at every step and made sure everything moved quickly and correctly. I really appreciated how easy he was to work with and how much he looked out for my best interest. I’d definitely work with him again.
