Caleb is amazing at what he does. He helped my husband and I when it came to negotiating. He would assert his opinion and let us know what he thinks we should do instead to make sure that the owner would accept our offer. Caleb really did go above and beyond to assist us in what we needed and he would send us daily home listings.
