My husband and I have moved 3x, and 2 out of the 3 condo purchase (coz i met Mina late), our lovely realtor were there every step of the way. This recent condos the longest escrow we've ever been (due to the building being new and not anybodys fault at all) BUT thanks to you Mina, you were there every step of the way, always going above and beyond, always returning my calls and keeps me up to date ( deifnitely helps lessen the anxiety of waiting and waiting for the sale to finally close). You truly were the calm to my cray during the entire buying process. We appreciate you sooo much. We super love our new home (and thank you for checking on us, making sure we were ok 2 wks ago during the riot/looting in downtown) You are not just our forever favorite realtor but a dear friend :) ps. When it came time to sell my family's condo, I went to Whit, who had helped us find our first home. I wasn't sure if he would want to take it on, because it was a fixer-upper, not a very big opportunity, and rather far from his home base. But Whit graciously and enthusiastically agreed, and gave it just as much attention as any of his other endeavors, taking care to be thorough, thoughtful, and informative during the whole process. My initial hope was to sell it as a no-fuss fixer for someone to turn into their own dream living space, but Whit insisted that the current market wasn't right for that, and that we should renovate. It wasn't the answer I wanted to hear, but it turned out to be the right answer. The unit was quickly sold, and for above our expectations. The process was quick and painless (renovations aside!), and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend working with Whit!

I was looking to buy a property around in Malibu and I found Gina, she is an amazing person. From the moment I contacted her she was always in touch with me, day and night she emailed me properties to look and she was always ready to go check them out. Once I found the property I like, she made sure everything is in order with that property. She went to every corner ("literally every corner") and made sure there are no damages, weird looking paint spots or areas with bad smell, I cant emphasize this enough she is seriously amazing at what she does. In addition to all that, her job doesn't end after the sale, you can always contact her and ask her for advice or generally anything and you can expect the exact same response time and priority she gave you before the sale. she'll always make sure you are her priority and won't stop until you are happy! She is very patient, kind and detail oriented. Super punctual, if she say she'll get something done by a certain time, she will get it done. You don't have to look for any other agents, she is the one!! I highly recommend her to everyone.
