In todays real estate market and goverment requirements you need someone who is laser focused on getting everything right. As an out of town seller, I had to depend on Molly and Mike and their office to do what was necessary to get my property sold. They were very deliberate in their sales activities and yielded the desired results of getting my property sold to a qualified buyer. They were able to communicate well with the tenants in showing the units no matter the situation. The proper notices were always posted. I was never in the dark as to the status of the listing.
