Because we updated the condo, and she found an excellent "stager", we were able to get top dollar. Even before my condo sold, she drove me everywhere for over 3 months to find another property for a "1031 tax deferred exchange", and she was very skillful in negotiating the sales price, especially since there were 2 to 4 offers on some properties. We closed in 45 days! As a listing agent, she holds more "open houses" for her clients than her counterparts.
