Angela did an amazing job considering our property had tenants and was hard to show the property. She was tasked with: 1) Finding the right buyer (since house had tenants and lease ending in a couple months) 2) Not being able to show the property at will 3) Property was not staged because the tenants had their own furniture and property was lived in. Our property did not show as well as a staged property but Angela was able to get the buyers to look past the mess. Angela was able to find the right buyer within 2 weeks of listing our property! Not only that, she got well above asking and did a great job managing the entire process from listing to closing. As a Developer / Builder, we have used many agents in the past, but will solely use Angela as our listing and buying agent for all our needs going forward. She always answers the phone and has time to send e-mails in the middle of the night. She knows finance and is well versed in dealing with the escrow process. Most agents make you e-sign and thats it. Angela, gets involved in every aspect and is always informed and pushes the process so its seamless. More agents need to learn from her knowledge and professionalism as we have used other agents in the past and Angela checks off all the boxes while working efficiently, professionally and always making you feel as if you are her only client.
