Laurie did an outstanding job. She pro-actively communicated the process to us and was very attentive to details. This helped not only us, as sellers, but established expectations for both prospective and the final buyer (as well as the agents representing them). She gave us feedback about what our house needed before going on the market, and she was right. Laurie has a great sense of style and was very hands-on during the staging process. We chose to have only private showings and Laurie was present for and accompanied each prospective buyer through our house. Laurie made herself available to us; answering calls and texts in a timely manner with genuine enthusiasm and care. All of this led to a successful sale of our home in a short period of time. We highly recommend Laurie.
