Annabella recently represented me on the sale of my house and she did an absolutely flawless job. I could not be more pleased! Her attitude was always positive and her energy level is off the charts. She has been a realtor for decades and understands all the complexities that might unfold during a complicated sale. She was always there to do whatever task was required with her professional know-how and optimistic attitude. Without a doubt she is the best realtor I have ever had the pleasure to work with!.

During the most heated of peaks of the housing market, we learned from our landlord that he was considering selling the house that we had rented for many years. This threw our world into a tailspin. So when we contacted Elsa, the goal was clear but far from simple: find us a house in Los Angeles in the next six weeks. As first time buyers with not a lot of disposable income for a down payment to be competitive in this market, it was intimidating and seemed impossible. (One broker told us straight up that if we don’t have over $100,000 for a down payment, it is not worth looking.) But Elsa—with over 40 years of experience in the greater Los Angeles housing market—and her team got it done. We’re grateful and recommend you—and I’m talking to you first time buyers who are competing against wealthy buyers who can pay cash and waive all kinds of contingencies from the get-go—give Elsa and her team a call right this minute!

Bottomline: Kenya is the best. Contact her *now* if you’re looking to purchase in Los Angeles. I’d been dreaming of buying a little corner of the city for years, so much so that I made a needs/wants spreadsheet a year ahead of when I knew I’d be able to consider buying. On that spreadsheet was a tab of real estate agents I’d be interested in working with, but something stood out about Kenya. Her site stated that she was excited to work with first time buyers, and there was a warmth about her that jumped out of the screen. She’s the only agent I needed to meet to know that she was my girl. I was very open about where I was willing to purchase, but she dragged the truth out of me; I wanted to stay in the area I was currently in - Larchmont-adjacent. I didn’t think it was an option at my <$500k budget! I met with Kenya the first week of January. I closed on my dream (under budget!) condo in Hancock Park in mid-March. WHO DOES THAT? Kenya does. I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention her incredible staff and cohorts. Her assistant Maggie is impeccable. She checked in on me often, sent reminders, asked questions, and was on top of calling agents about properties I was interested in. Kenya’s recommendation for a mortgage loan officer was spot-on as well. My only complaint about working with Kenya was that the journey to homeownership ended too soon. I was promised happy hours in which we’d gossip and chit-chat about open houses, but Kenya was simply too good at her job! I can’t wait to work with Kenya again, and I’ll be referring all of my friends to her.
