We felt that Pam was attuned with our our preferences when closing the deal and in areas she thought a deal were more likely, she gave recommendations to ensure that prospective sellers seriously considered our offers. Pam's focused guidance proved helpful as we were able to get exactly what we wanted on terms that were more than agreeable to us. Communication and Professionalism Pam was highly responsive to every inquiry we sent her way. Not only was Pam responsive, but so was her team! Purchasing or selling property can be highly stressful and having done so before (on both ends); Pam's communication and professionalism is a cut above the rest. While Pam is incredibly friendly, it was always apparent that she valued us as clients and respected us as such.
