The one thing I suggest for future folks looking at their first house (like myself) ask your agent early for supplemental tax (not included with impounded account) estimate. Especially if the previous owner has owned property for decades. That way you know how much money you need to set aside for that. and if your offer needs to be re-adjusted because of that.
