Shelley was knowledgeable, very active in all decisions and she is a very kind person, being very aware of our tenants needs as well as ours. She was a problem solver when needed and had honest dependable contacts to help with inspection repairs as we were out of state sellers. We also bought a house from her 3 years ago and just as this sale was, that deal was also a smooth and easy process for us. I would highly recommend her for buying or selling and will definitely use her again if we do decide to retire back in Louisiana someday.
