My home purchase was abnormally difficult. We were moving from California to Ohio when my daughter‘s father, who was also making this change was diagnosed with stage four pancreatic cancer. That was the beginning of our move and it was like that the whole way. I won’t go into the details, but it took a long time to get here and once we got here, we stayed in a condo that we couldn’t stand and we couldn’t find a house that we liked either. Scott put up with ridiculously long emails explaining what was going on, what I wanted in a house which was one end of the spectrum or the other, so that was tough for him and generally just kept him up to speed on what was happening with us which with a lot. So he was running around double checking Homes for me even before I got there and he didn’t know me from anybody he just trusted that I was going to buy a house. Well, I finally got here stayed in a condo while I looked and the hardest part was my house in California was slow to sell and I decided I would just come up with the cash to pay for the OHIO house which stretch me to the max. Anyway, the deed is done. I’ve bought the house. I do believe my Calif house is sold just not confirmed but Scott through this whole thing did a lot of running for me and checking so I would not have to go ahead of him as I have trouble walking and he would basically let me know if I really wanted to go see it or not so he did the legwork and took calls at all hours put up with me changing my mind, one problem or another didn’t seem to matter he was patient and always of good humor. So I thank him for that because it was such a hard change and so much happened in 34 weeks of moving that it’s impossible to explain but he was there. He kept an eye on everything, he didn’t let something get away from me if I was really interested in it so I really appreciate the time and I just got him off the Internet as honestly the only one that stuck with it. All the others just fell away. It was too much.

Joe was an outstanding realtor from start to finish. As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions and uncertainties, and he was incredibly patient with us every step of the way. He took the time to explain things clearly and made sure we felt confident in every decision. What really set him apart was how much he genuinely prioritized our best interests. There were multiple times where he could have easily pushed a deal forward, but instead he took a step back and told us honestly, “I don’t think this is the right move for you,” and explained why. That level of integrity is rare and made a huge difference for us. He was also incredibly accommodating with our schedules. Since we both work full days, our availability wasn’t always ideal, but Joe never hesitated to make it work and was always flexible and responsive. Overall, just an amazing experience. If you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, honest, and truly on your side, I can’t recommend Joe enough.

I have never had a better experience buying a house! Andrew is beyond reproach. I’ve never had a realtor work harder, with more integrity and honesty, and just passionate about helping me find the right place. If you work with Maloney, you are fortunate to do so! Thank you again Andrew!
