I do not know what I would have done had I not been lucky enough to find Jay!! Earlier this year he helped me sell my house while I was living on the other side of the country. Not only did my absence make the situation difficult, but like many real estate transactions there were bumps along the way. He did an amazing job being the middle man and dealing with a stressful situation. This particular situation would have been a nightmare to deal with had I not had someone I could trust. Jay is extremely well versed in the real estate business particularly in the Asheville area.
