We just sold our house in the Wilmington, NC area and Brook Hall was our agent. We live across the country so we really depended on Brook to take care of all the necessary "boots on the ground" items to make this sale happen. Brook took care of everything regarding scheduling vendors and contractors to get the house ready for sale and to satisfy the buyer. Brook did a great job of communicating with us and keeping us in the loop through the entire experience.

Brook walked us thru selling the house in a very professional manner. She assisted with any questions we had and came with an offer that we are please with. The market at first was a little crazy but Brook handled it in a professional manner.

Brook was really easy to work with, she was prompt, thorough and professional, everything you would want in a realtor. Nothing was too much trouble, she was always just a phone call away. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending her and am sure her business will grow and grow with these wonderful qualities. Thanks again Brook!
