Excellent to work with, responded quickly and researched all questions. She research a warranty on the roof on the house we were buying and there was a $300 transfer fee for the warranty, with this research that she had done before the closing the seller was responsible to pay for this transfer. No hidden surprises at the closing A pleasure to work with.
