Sharon Payne was at the right place at the right time in our lives as buyers of our new home. We had approached Sharon almost 1 year before the purchase. She never pressed us into looking at property but always listened to where we were early in the process and appropriately sent photos of homes we had described. Once we were ready, she knew EXACTLY what to show us. Throughout the process, Sharon was always available via phone, text, email, or even an in-person meeting when needed. Sharon was timely in response and worked with the seller's agent efficiently when needed. We feel that we had the perfect agent to keep us aligned with the process, comfortable during the process, and informed of expectations to reach the closing date without delays. Our review headline says, "If not for GOD...then Sharon" means that we believe & know God directs our paths and places people in our lives for purpose, reason, and season. Sharon's calm, peaceful, and patient demeanor was God sent. That is what we believe and we're sticking to it! THANK YOU SHARON PAYNE for being just the person we needed for this process.
