If you have ever wondered why you need an agent, then you have never used Phyllis Palmer. I have used 3 times now and have had an exceptional experience each time. We tried an agent out of town, and it was horrible! They gave no advice, everything was manual, and did little to nothing to ensure we were getting the best deal. We were left asking, "Why do we need this person?" This will not happen with Phyllis. Her years of experience and a deep understanding of the market were invaluable. She provided exceptional service, was always punctual, and was incredibly responsive to our queries. She assisted with organizing repairs and scheduling workers. She turned what could have been a stressful process into an enjoyable experience.

Our experience with Mike was excellent. When listing our house, Mike was wealth of knowledge. He was consistent with his communications and was very responsive. He is very professional and was able to negotiate a very complex sale in our favor. I highly recommend Mike!

Ben was great! As a first time home buyer I wasn’t sure what I wanted other than A/C and internet so Ben showed me a variety of homes and stayed in the price range I wanted knowing I was preapproved for more. There was never any pressure and he was quick to answer all my questions surrounding the properties and home buying process. He even followed up with me a few times just to see how things were going in the new house. You will never feel like just another transaction with this realtor and because of that I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.
