Paula is a dedicated personable professional...

Paula is a dedicated personable professional with great attention to detail. She helped us through the entire process of purchasing a newly built home. Most helpful were her frequent checks on construction progress and effective communication with both us and the builder.

Seller of 234 Cheshire Road, Pittsfield

This is a realtor with a really huge heart !!!

My husband passed away and I found myself in a situation where I needed to sell my home . My husband usually took care of these things. It was scary. The house had a few issues that needed to be taken care of before it could be sold. I ended up in the hospital for almost a month. Time was important because I could not afford the mortgage payment. Bryan was so Patient and took the time to explain everything in a way that I could understand it. I had so many questions and he never treated me like my questions where stupid. People make me nervous. I met him though my mom and He traveled Quite a distance to be able to help me. He even came up several times to help paint and fix A few things like A leak in the kitchen sink. (While I was in the hospital). I really needed to get a good price for the house and was scared that maybe we were listing it to low. He spent the time patiently explaining to me fair market value and pricing it so there would hopefully be a larger number of people That would have the means to be able to afford it.We hoped that Interest in the house would push the price up. It was a gorgeous house and an easy house to love. We did end up with multiple offers but everything was done in a way that made me feel both the buyer and myself got what was fair. I love that he is good at his job but honest and fair. He explained the importance of disclosing anything and everything that could possibly be wrong with the house. You want people to know everything up front so they don't feel like they've been Misled or treated dishonestly. In the end my house sold for a great price and everybody was happy. But then he contacts me and tells me he donates a portion of his commission and likes to ask if there is any nonprofit that I would like donated to . How awesome is that? Thank you BryanDaly for making The loss of my home bearable. Thank you for restoring my faith in humanity . You are such a blessing.
