Her photographer did an excellent job and is a significant cost to a sale. Do not sign on with an agent who takes cell phone photos! Her open house was one that provided snacks and beverages to potential buyers. She goes above and beyond your average agent in all aspects of representing you as the seller. I’m very appreciative of her and the effort she put forth to sell my home when time was critical towards making our purchase.
