Tasha was very knowledgeable about selling and buying homes , she explained the things I did not understand in simple terms . Another thing that was important to me was she always answers her phone when you have a question . That is very important .

I would bet all of the money I made from selling my old home that Michael Viands is the best realtor you will ever find. Michael made sure that my family and I got every ounce of profit possible for our sold home. On top of that he found us the most affordable and suitable house for our needs and wants for an amazing price. Michael is not afraid to work day in and day out to make sure his client is winning each side of their transactions. Whether it’s with his extensive knowledge of the real estate world or his charming and professional demeanor he will find you the deal that is perfect for your situation. Michael was not afraid to be willing to accommodate my family by allowing for early morning as well as late night chats to discuss offers and ideas during the whole process. During those calls and every conversation he had an answer for every question and offered the most unique solutions that I could not have ever thought off to each problem we faced. My whole family enjoyed every second we had the luxury of working with Michael and if I knew more people looking to move right now they would not be working with anybody else if I had a say in the matter.
