Our experience began with Jana sitting down with us in our dinning room and talking through the home selling process as well as the current realities of the area we live in. Jana is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with her time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends over the course of several months). She answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. The house went on the market on Thursday in the afternoon. The following day we had our first house showing at 10:00 am and in the afternoon we had an offer that we accepted gladly for full price.
