After getting shown a few homes by the homes own agents, (not impressed) we found Marcia and stuck with her. She is very personable and friendly! Marcia was very knowledgeable in the housing market and in the history of the homes. She has excellent expertise in the whole buying process and helped us more than our lender. She had great communication skills and set showings up to work around our hectic schedules. She is honest and told us what to look for and if there were any red flags. She was extremely patient and never pushed any houses on us. It took awhile to find the right home but because she was patient and only showed us houses we actually would consider we found our dream home. I feel we got the best house in the area in our price range! I recommend Marcia to everyone that wants to feel at peace with knowing you bought the right house!
