I chose Katie Book to list my house in Prairie Grove, because she was so gracious after the loss of my husband in 2021 to help provide a place to stay for my family. My family was able to be within 3 blocks of my home instead of 11-12 miles. It was so special to me and my family during our time of grief. So, 4 years later I reached out to Katie to help sell my house. Going in thinking it would take several months to sell, we had a contract within a week and closed within three weeks. Everything went smoothly and her staff and photographer were absolutely amazing. Anytime I questioned a step or felt overwhelmed, Katie and Tina were there to walk me through it all.
