I came from out of state not knowing a thing about the NWA real estate market. I was very lucky to have Jennifer help me. My experience was great! Jennifer was instrumental in facilitating the perfect purchase for me in a rather painless process. She is an expert on the area and on how the process works. From the first afternoon when I reached out she was immediately responsive and made me feel like I was her priority during the whole process. She is very client focused. Jennifer was super patient with me as I learned the area and adjusted my expectations and priorities. She is a strong communicator and worked quickly and seemingly effortlessly with the realtors representing the sellers. I was also impressed with her work ethic. She didn't hesitate to work odd hours as things developed with my purchase. Finally, I came to trust her advice. She always seems to be right. I had an excellent experience with Jennifer as my realtor and highly recommend her and Magnolia Homes and Land.

I can honestly say that Todd is the best realtor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He helped me find the perfect home that met every requirement on my "must have" list. He was able to accomplish this even with me being located in another state and when I thought it wouldn't be possible during the COVID pandemic. He accommodated my traveling schedule to view homes even with me giving him relatively short notice. For any questions I had (and still have), he has always been quick to reply to my emails, texts, and phone calls. When putting in the offer, Todd made suggestions to include in the offer that I hadn't even thought about because of where I was moving from. I ended up buying a new construction home, and Todd made sure that the builder addressed all the issues documented in the inspection report and also followed up to ensure escrow would close on time. There are so many more positive things I can add, but I will conclude by saying that this by far has been the smoothest and easiest real estate transaction I have ever experienced. Todd truly has gone above and beyond during the entire process, and I am so thankful to him and his expertise and connections for helping me to find and buy the perfect house to call home.
