Working with Allie to purchase our first home was a dream. We started this journey a couple of years ago when, to be honest, we weren’t ready to buy a house financially. In the beginning, Allie helped us understand the turbulent market while steering us clear of the pitfalls we faced. Through the 20+ homes we toured, and countless more we searched online, she was there for us at the drop of a hat, always making sure that we were getting what we wanted. When we finally found our dream home, Allie made the buying process easy like Sunday morning, and when it came to negotiations she was masterful, never afraid to play hardball, and new exactly how to get us the most out of our deal. I had mentioned in passing that I loved the electric fireplace in the house we bought, but the sellers were taking it with them. Without me even asking, Allie wrote it in to our contract that the sellers would leave the fireplace to us! If that’s not proof of Allie’s dedication to her clients, I don’t know what is.
