Tina Newsome was just what we needed to guide us through the sale of our property. She was knowledgeable about all facets of the marketing process and the preparation of our house to be shown. As our agent, she constantly showed diligence and dedication to handling everything from the staging of the house & yard, to the communication between us and the prospective buyers. She also expertly advised us on how to approach various items that needed attention based on two different inspections. We are very pleased with her professionalism and expertise!

Marilyn was so kind and patient with my wife and I . We looked at a lot of homes and Marilyn was always as excited as we were about finding the right home. She went well beyond all of our expectations. The best way to describe her, is she had become a friend. She cared about me and my family even more than the sale. She established that even more after the sale was done as she continued to help any and every way she knew how.
