He didn’t try and sway my decision and was very supportive when I made the decision on my now home. When I made the decision to make an offer I fully expected to pay the full price listed, however with his expert knowledge of the market Brandon made a lower offer that was accepted! He made personalized short videos to instruct me about the paperwork with an explanation on what I was signing and followed up with a call or text. During the final walkthrough we discovered the closet doors weren’t hung as promised and with one phone call to the sellers agent he secured funds to purchase them so there wouldn’t be any delays in closing…impressive.
