Our experience with Joel was excellent, He worked tirelessly to help us with the process. Went above and beyond in helping us look for property. Helped us avoid mistakes that would have been costly to us in the long run. Very Knowledgeable about real-estate and LISTENS to what the client is looking for. Joel's integrity is "RARE" and you will not find anyone better. His company is very lucky to have him as part of their team.

Joel was great from the very beginning. He walked me through the entire process. He really went out of his way to make is as pain-free for me as possible.

He was very well versed on the business of finding what we wanted in a home. Then getting to the houses easily without getting lost.He also got the seller to do some things to the property which we had concerns with. These issues were addressed quickly for us by the seller. He was polite and professional with all of the people we had to contact. ( And, we had ALOT of homes we wanted to see.)
