We turned to Dawn after our previous realtor struggled with selling our home. What Dawn brought to the table was unreal. She knew Mountain Brook Village like no one else. She knew neighborhoods, sub-neighborhoods, pricing, where to put the "For Sale" sign, how to take pictures, how to do a video shoot, and more. Her pricing strategy was spot on. She recommended new photos, a video, and a fresh home cleaning (it had been unoccupied) to add new life. She even knew when to do the video while looking for twilight lighting conditions. But wait....there's more. We signed the required documents to get her to represent us. She did the video and pictures (at her cost, mind you), and then the next day, I received a call from Dawn. I thought she would update me on the pictures or the listing. Nope. We received a full-price offer already. Wait what? We JUST signed documents! It's true. After that, she went to work taking care of minor repairs and coordinating every aspect of the deal. She updated us regularly and displayed that sense of urgency rarely seen in this industry. She is something special in the real estate business, and I recommend her to anyone searching for a different type of real estate agent.
