Cheri was wonderful! I had a complicated situation with legal difficulties in selling my home and she was patient and understanding, working with outside agencies and the legal system to meet my needs. I really feel like I made a friend who stuck with me through my battle with timelines and deadlines. Having to sell my home initially, was bittersweet but with Cheri's compassion and steadfast communication, it resulted in a pleasant experience. I would definately highly reccomend her! She will be the realtor I will call when I am ready to buy again.

She is also very kind and thoughtful. I had to have surgery in the middle of selling one of my properties and she very sweetly sent me a get well present! I was shocked. It made me cry because I found it so thoughtful and kind. Tasha exudes sincerity and honesty. She does the job to help people and you can see that her reward is showing up the best version of herself every day. She is just fabulous. I would hire her in a heartbeat again should I ever purchase property in Arizona again.
