Joanna did an exceptional job working with me. She was a great listener, was open to honoring my preferences/expectations and offered constructive feedback when needed. She was insightful on market trends and was able to make great recommendations about how to get what I wanted during my home buying experience. She was never too pushy or made me feel like she had an agenda other than to do her best to help me navigate purchasing my home. I will use her again when I make my next real estate purchase in the Sedona area.

Our place was unique. We always called it the Ranch, it was built by my father. It was a long process in our minds however, it just took time and Cris being persistent. In the end she found someone who loved it as much as my parents did Cris was great to work with and even came several times to lend a hand any way she could when I was packing the Ranch up.
