We originally bought our townhouse with Grace and had such a great experience with her that we, of course, contacted her when it came time to sell the place. Grace was helpful in every way through the whole process. She took her time to go through all the paperwork with us and help us fill it out. I really appreciated that, since real estate transactions can be intimidating and my dad, who owned the townhouse, is very elderly. She always either answered my calls immediately or got right back to me when she was busy. She responded to texts and emails right away as well. She never left me hanging. She answered every question right away and if she didn't know the answer, she would find out and get right back to me. She has been in the business a long time, so she is very knowledgeable and professional. She has always been very patient and genuinely friendly. She has NEVER given me the impression that she is frustrated or impatient with us. Having worked with some realtors who did show impatience and irritation, I really appreciate that about her. I felt that she had our back the whole way through. If I had to buy or sell again, she would be the first person I called.
