First off, he drives on a Sunday back in October from Walnut Creek to middle of nowhere in central Cali without even meeting us yet, then continues to follow up all winter. We were finally ready in April 2022, and he helped us navigate a sale/purchase with a very stringent seller, working with title company and the other two agents involved. We love our new home!
