Purchase of house in Surprise AZ

Wendy put up with so much with my husband and I and she was wonderful and patient with us. We saw many homes and areas so we were able to make a good decision. She certainly educated us on what we could expect for utilities, pool cleaning etc. She was there for us all along a 10 month journey!
