She went to the properies and video messaged me with commentary which helped me feel as if I were there with her and we decided on 1 and within 2 weeks closed on the 1st house she went to. Todd was extremely knowledgeable about the market, and buyers in general. His sales “hook” brought people in, and with several other homes for sale in my community, made my property stand out.
