We were looking for the right agent to help us find our retirement home. We chose Lena and we are so thankful we did! She helped us through the entire process. This was the second time Jo Ann has successfully handled real estate transactions for us. The recent sale of the Warbler house had a setback earlier due to unexpected loss of employment of one of the buyers and the consequence of getting their mortgage loan application rejected.
