Working with Diana No was a great experience. She initially helped me work with lenders she knew and trusted which I was very appreciate of. She is a great listener and asked me so many questions to get my home search set up and began sending me homes that fit my criteria. This was my first time buying a home and I was unsure of many aspects of the whole process. Diana showed me many homes and helped me balance pros and cons of each that I would have overlooked otherwise. When it came time to make an offer, Diana used her expertise to write a solid, strong offer and took into account the market and actually suggested we offer in a different way than I had planned. In the end her written offer for me was accepted at a lower price than I had intended and she saved me a lot of money. The seller’s agent specifically emailed Diana and I to commend her on her communication and how the offer was presented; when it comes to realtors, Diana is a BOSS! Diana worked with me through closing and helped assist me with inspections etc as I was purchasing the home from out of state. She came with me to the final signing and celebrated with me at the closing. I truly cannot stress enough how well Diana handled this home purchase for me. She made the process a breeze for me and I can tell she really is passionate about real estate and her clients.

We had an amazing experience with Betty. She was exceptional , extremely professional, communicative, and very knowledgeable throughout the entire process. We decided to sell our home in Senita, a subdivision in Maricopa during a market that was not particularly easy for sellers, but Betty guided us through every step and helped us understand exactly what needed to be done to successfully sell a home in those conditions. As expected, we experienced our share of ups and downs along the way. We dealt with no-show showings, neighboring homes selling below market value, and even had a buyer’s funding fall through.
