This team was very professional and communicated very well the processes they were leading in listing my home as well as managing it as a property investment. Kristin's knowledge and ability to push for the right terms is commendable. Detail oriented, she helped ensure peace of mind for my wife and I during both the property management process and sale of our home. In fact, she managed a massive project that needed to be completed all the while we lived 2000 miles away!! I cannot begin to tell you what a great agent Eileen is. I am a Broker Salesperson and Real Estate Instructor in NJ so when I say she is spectacular, I'm right on the money. There wasn't one thing I could complain about. Working with a client that is out of state is kind of hard. She didn't make it feel that way. She sent us listings to look at after a lengthy conversation of what we were looking for. She set up appointments, we saw a few houses, guided us on making an offer and the house was ours! The house is exactly what we were looking for and then some. She knew the inventory and especially the areas. We did not waste any time at all. Michaelann’s knowledge of the community and what people want in a 55+ community is fantastic. Her attention to detail and how to market my home was great. She does a great job in staging your home and her photos were beautiful. She sold my home in one day!
