She will put on the “boxing gloves” to really work with the builders and lenders to make the deal possible. Vivian is very experienced with all around knowledge of the real estate business and it shows through her confidence in “making it happen.” She had been helping in every aspect of the process and works very hard for her clients. I say because I was referred by a friend and work colleague to give her a call. I heard of Vivian through word of mouth and will be doing the same in referring her because her work speaks for her. She definitely is my realtor for the future as well. Personally, I’d think you’d be losing on a deal if you aren’t working with her.
