The recent sale of the Warbler house had a setback earlier due to unexpected loss of employment of one of the buyers and the consequence of getting their mortgage loan application rejected. The successful COE on July 17 sale to new buyers was achieved as a result of Jo Ann's perseverance. She handled it with professionalism. To sell our parents home after their passing was very difficult.. but Stephanie was very kind , professional, and very helpful throughout the process. She always answered our questions with a smile , she was there to help set up different appointments for us that helped take some of the stress and pressure off of us.
