This was an Estate sale and she walked me through everything I needed to make this a smooth transaction. Ended up as a full price sale with minor seller concessions, so she really knows the market. The photos provided for the listing were exceptional as well and really helped showcase the property. 10/10 experience, would work with her team again!

I live in Calif. now but she called or text me on what was needed to be done on the house. Any repairs. She was on top of it and had it done. I have cancer and she would call to see how lm doing and let me know what buyer came by to put in an offer. Thank to her l sold my house.

I thought she would update me on the pictures or the listing. Nope. We received a full-price offer already. Wait what? We JUST signed documents! It's true. After that, she went to work taking care of minor repairs and coordinating every aspect of the deal. She updated us regularly and displayed that sense of urgency rarely seen in this industry. She is something special in the real estate business, and I recommend her to anyone searching for a different type of real estate agent.
