Donna came highly recommended from Terry Couch and I feel lucky that I took his advice.

Donna is a good communicator and was with me all the way during all the hurdles or requirements that were demanded of me. First was that the property was jointly owned by myself and late husband. I was prepared for that and had brought all the paperwork with me. The second was that I’m a Canadian citizen and of coarse do not have an American Social Security number. This was a huge problem and the original title company was no help. Donna encouraged me and never gave up as I’m sure some would have. Finally a CPA that specializes in ITINS was found and Donna and I have been working with her.
