When it came time to prepare an offer, Ashely guided us through the contract process and helped us determine the fair market value of the home. During the selection process, Ashley stood by as we spent multiple hours, on two visits before we finally make the offer. There was a minor issue once the contract was accepted - and - Ashley skillfully worked with the other realtor to arrive at a very satisfactory solution.
