First off, let me preface this review by telling you that I don’t like writing at all. This speaks volumes for Tracey Goens because I feel compelled to tell you what a Diamond she is. Tracey has gone above and beyond in Customer Service for me and has sold three unique properties. I wouldn’t ever consider a different agent in the Gulf Coast region. Two years ago, I decided to sell my very large house with a limited market audience. I contacted Tracey about the possibilities and she came right over and gave me an honest assessment of every little thing that I needed to do and what would not be worth the investment. She wrote me up a six page list which I methodically checked off for a year and a half. If you are considering Tracey Goens as your agent (and you definitely should), take her sage assistance seriously. She knows the market, she knows a lot of people and she knows what sells a property. Tracey Goens is top notch. She is an expert in her field and she loves what she does. She is well connected and will find the right person no matter what you need to sell. She sold a large custom house, an extreme fixer upper and a plot of land for me very quickly for the price we worked up together. I highly recommend Tracey Goens. She has earned every award she has received, one happy customer at a time
