My husband and I have been looking for a lot on the bay to build a home in the Daphne, Montrose and Fairhope areas for years. We have called on a handful of real estate agents to help us find our lot...to no avail or follow-up. A friend gave me Bo's name and number and said that I would not be disappointed in this young man. He grew up in the area and was a part of a family real estate company that was well established in the area. These two assets played out to be very important in our search. After meeting with Bo and communicating to him exactly what type of lot we were looking for...he found our lot within a few months. All the while keeping me up to date on his search which let me know how hard he was working for us. Bo is a "home grown" real estate agent who knows his backyard like the back of his hand! A true southern gentleman and a delight to work with! He came highly recommended and was NOT a disappointment. If we decide to invest in other real estate in this area...Bo is our go to!

My agent Kimberly Thompson done a superb job in helping get my home sold. When times seem a little dark, she was there to help brighten my day and let me know to keep the faith and that it was all going to workout. My house sold and I am thankful to have worked with such a hard working and extremely knowledgeable realtor.

I am a lawyer practicing in Mobile. I retained Libba to list a home which was part of a decedent's estate I was handling. ALthough the value of the home and prperty was modest, Libba treated it with the utmost care and interest. Libba was outstanding in staying on top of all aspects of the proceess, listing, getting the word out and walking the property through to sale. Throughout the process, which at times presented unexpected challenges, Libba was positive, up-beat, knowledgeable, pro-active and professional. Through her good efforts we found a buyer quickly and the closing took place with no headaches to me or my clients and ahead of time. I highly recommend Libba as your agent.
