Kelly was very responsive during the whole process. He initially called me to introduce himself and give me an idea of the process which was great. I told him everything I wanted in a house and he sent me many houses he found. He made the showings super easy and printed off lots of information for us to read over and take notes on each house we saw. Once we found the home we bought and put an offer in, Kelly was very helpful in explaining the process and getting everything situated for us. It was pretty stress free on our part because he took care of many communication needs to the sellers and other people involved in closing which was wonderful. Scott was very friendly and communicated with us on the home we purchased, during each step of the process !!! We purchased this home SIGHT UNSEEN !!! Both of us having purchased homes in the past and rental properties. We used the website to locate several homes on the AL Coast and made offers on several , which Scott had to write up the contract for the offers on each offer we made ! He was so wonderful to work with and we made a contract on our house - late at night before the open house the next day .
